Location is good but service...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The shopping mall next door was nice.
Disliked: The staff was unprofessional and rude. The food at the restaurant was horrible.

Liked: Good location, decent room size. The breakfast ok, but could be improved (e.g. everyone dips into the same jam – why aren’t there portioned jams, butter, etc.? Also, no cold cuts). But we’ve seen worse. Coffee is good.
Disliked: Room: the toilet paper is so cheap and thin that it’s practically unusable – better to bring your own... No lotion or hair balm, shampoo and shower gel are in refillable pump bottles.

Great airport hotel option

Liked: Great breakfast, great location for the airport. Quiet rooms. Fast checkin and checkout. Good WiFi
Disliked: It’s good for what it is, you wouldn’t want to stay in this location if it wasn’t for the airport

Good

Liked: Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. There is. Second door in the room, so you can’t hear the noise from the corridor. Cap 3000 shopping mall is just nearby. Free parking is very helpful!
Disliked: It is rather a 3star hotel, many things are outdated. It is not too close to the airport,, and very difficult to find.

Disliked: Stale smell in the room (used to be smoking section??)
