Novotel Newcastle Airport

Went on a hen doo to Newcastle and this was the only hotel we could all fit in to. I am glad because the rooms were nice and just big enough. Only down fall is with the rooms being warm had to leave windows open and was woke up by ppl waiting outside early hours for there taxis to the airport.. Would definitely recommend staying here. In fact i will be coming here on my hen doo if the price is ok.. Staff were very friendly and chatty too.

It was generally ok and...

Liked: The general setup and hospitality was ok. Staff are generally welcoming and professional.
Disliked: My room had a serious smell of tobacco, which made it unpleasant for non-smokers like us and considering the fact I was there with my family which was inclusive of children, made it quiet challenging.

Pleasant hotel, good location

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The decor looked new.The breakfast area was very pleasant and a good choice of food. Very handy for the airport.
Disliked: The quality of food at breakfast could have been better eg the pastries could have been fresher.

Liked: The staff were lovely, really chilled atmosphere, all the guests were friendly and from all the world.Extremely clean and of high decor. Brilliant.
Disliked: No hair dryer in my room but that's me picking. Nothing negative yo say.
