Novotel Newcastle Airport

Went on a hen doo to Newcastle and this was the only hotel we could all fit in to. I am glad because the rooms were nice and just big enough. Only down fall is with the rooms being warm had to leave windows open and was woke up by ppl waiting outside early hours for there taxis to the airport.. Would definitely recommend staying here. In fact i will be coming here on my hen doo if the price is ok.. Staff were very friendly and chatty too.

Disliked: Didn't get the room cleaned, dry towels, bin emptied etc, I had to ask reception, but it was too late by then.Breakfast not that good, no ripe bananas, fruit salad out of a tin, bacon half cooked, not very good.

Liked: Really nice bar/lobby area. The staff were really helpful and polite. The breakfast was really good.
