Unnecessary Bond Requirement

Liked: Accessibility was easy
Disliked: The $100 bond was unnecessary and excessive, I have never stayed in any hotel that charges a bond so high, what makes it worse, what was the bond for?There was no mini bar, no one even checked the room before canceling my bond. It was and is a ridiculous practice.I visit New Plymouth regularly and no other hotel I stay in has this absurd bond. The beds were far too soft, felt like I was sinking.

Liked: Staff helpful and professional
Disliked: Bed was very hard. Heating difficult to control. Disliked the switch panel in the room which was too low and difficult to read without glasses. Only 2 tea bags for 2 people is not enough.

Disliked: The food option was very limited for vegetarians, when ordering room service my wife could only get fries
