Comfortable and welcoming

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Nantes. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s interior was modern and beautifully designed. While the location isn’t right in the center, Nantes is a compact city, so getting around was easy—either a short tram ride or a pleasant walk. Overall, a great experience.

Liked: The hotel was more than my expection, most comfortable room I have ever had in hotels with family, thank you. We enjoyed our stay .
Disliked: The hotel parking is payable which is strange, so where do you expect guest to park? Parkings in hotels are supposed to be free as we pay staying there.

Liked: Breakfast was nice, however I have bad experience about convieniwnces. There were no more soap or shampoo at the arrival, the smell of cigarettes was felt.
