Liked: The quality of service and the level of courtesy of the staff were at the highest level. They answered every question in detail and took their time to address every issue thoroughly without rushing.
Disliked: I think it would be more appropriate if the sign above the areas with electric charging units in the parking lot read: “Please use this area only to charge your vehicle.” Currently, customers can park their internal combustion engine cars in these spaces without checking whether there is a charging device. Some electric cars also park in these areas even if they don’t use the charging devices. Because of this, I couldn’t use the charging unit at the hotel, even though there were 12 e-charging outputs available. Fortunately, the reception staff were very attentive and helped me resolve my issue.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at the Novotel! It had everything we wanted and more. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.
