Disliked: The room was tiny and hot- the aircon was useless. The shower was fitted in an odd position making it difficult to use. The room only had one mirror that was in the bathroom. It certainly wasn’t good value for money!

Liked: Good breakfast. Lots of options to choose from, but no fried eggs/omlet to order. Large parking garage.Good location close to old town center. Quite area.
Disliked: Very small room barely enough to extend the couch and room around the bed.Room had a door to another adjacent room, but there was no option to reserve 2 rooms as a family pack.There is a wardrobe next to the entrance that impedes entry into the room. The whole entry hallway to the room is small and cramped.The toilet is separate from the bathroom but there is no sink or ventilation to the toilet closet.The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. They should opt for shower only because the bathtub is a waste of space.At the morning breakfast, the man who was supposed to seat us had a racist attitude. When asked to be seated for breakfast, he wanted to seat us next to the hotel reception, far from the breakfast area. We refused and immediately found a suitable table for 4 person inside the main sitting area. He didn't even checked.

Disliked: Very small rooms.Air conditioning is good, but sometimes is not very strong.The water inside the indoor swimming pool was cold and not that clean. Kids are not allowed at the swimming pool after 20:00. What is happening there until midnight?The toilet is separate from the bathroom and there is no ventilation or sink together with the toilet. There is a big wardrobe next to the room entrance that impedes entry with bagages. The whole entry hallway is small and cramped.The room design is very poor, cramped and poorly laid out. The rooms are mostly white and bland.

A comfortable stay with friendly...

Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the main attractions. It’s also 400m away from the metro (Rosenheimer Platz) so it’s easy to get to from the airport as well. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Disliked: The room was a bit basic. We have stayed in many Novotels before and I expected a bit more - especially for the price you pay.

Superb

Liked: The reception staff could not have been more helpful. Recommending a lovely local restaurant to eat in about 15 minutes walk away was a bonus after a late check-in.
Disliked: Probably a bit pricey to my liking. I thought the breakfast priced at 28euro was a bit much so we ate out at a cafe.
