Great stay. Will be back

Liked: Great location. Extremely clean and recently updated. Felt very new. Hotel staff gave us a parking pass so we can come and go from the parking garage freely.
Disliked: Garage is very narrow and meant for small cars only. Which was fine for us but could be a problem for those who don’t know.

Perfct hotel for a short...

Liked: Perfect location just next to rue St Catherine right in the middle of the city. Nice restaurants and bars nearby.
Disliked: A bit outdated furniture etc. but still ok. Classical Novotel style...

Liked: Great value for money! We'll stay here again when we go back to Montreal.—Friendly staff at both reception and breakfast—Great location, close to subway station and clean neighborhood—Good variety of tasty, filling breakfast buffet—Clean, quiet room with good facilities and amenities—Lucky that our room was already available, so we're able to check in early for free—Quick, hassle-free check-in and check-out—Safe luggage storage
Disliked: Nothing really. If nitpicking, just a few things which did not affect our overall stay.—Shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in bathroom were a bit hard to pump—Personally prefer brighter/more lighting in the room

Solid stay in Montreal centre

Liked: Location was quite good although I would not stay in the centre again. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. That was a plus
Disliked: Some Staff not very friendly. A small Water bottle in the hotel was 10 CAD$. We have a dog so area outside the hotel not dog friendly. Very dirty gras in front of the hotel with lots of garbage. Outside of the window we could overlook one of the alleys where people were using substances. View to the back to ideal so to say. Room a little dated and smelled humid.
