2 nights enroute to Europe.

Liked: Excellent location. Walking distance to train station, numerous restaurants and bars, fine art museum, architecture museum, shopping, old town, and everything we needed or wanted for a mother & daughter trip in Montreal. The room was comfortable, surprisingly quiet and very clean with a window that actually opened if desired. Two separate beds, a view of the charming street, wonderful staff and a late check out. Also enjoyed the attached restaurant/bar. We’ll be back for a longer stay and the poutine!
Disliked: Thought the breakfast was included in the booking.com reservation but it was not. Did not try this time.

Liked: Clean, restaurant, bar on premises. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Disliked: The beds could use extra pillows. The only mirror outside the bathroom was in the closet nook and there was no plug for curling/flat irons to do your hair. We went to the bar and they double charged us for our drinks. They stated we ordered doubles of which we did not nor was the drink a double. Instead of refunding us, they told us to have another drink on the house or basically too bad. It left us with a sour taste. I don't think we will be returning to your establishment.

Liked: The location was central to the main tourist sites and restaurants.
Disliked: There was lots of construction around the hotel which started at 06h00 and we were not informed before arrival.

Liked: The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable during my stay. I have a fear of elevators and they were able to accommodate this and help me get to my room. The room itself was very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Nothing
