Very good

Liked: The hospitality, the staff was excellent. The restaurant staff as well were very plesent. The ice machine was down on the 4th floor. There was no "out of service sign" on it. I thought I was the problem. After 10mins of trying. I went on the 3rd floor for ice.
Disliked: The jacuzzi needs an upgrade.

Liked: Honestly, my stay at Novotel was very disappointing.From check-in to check-out.
Disliked: I was woken up at 12am by an intense cigarette smell coming from the bathroom fan in room 225. I immediately called the front desk. Nothing was done to mitigate the situation. I kindly asked for a refund the next day, and, I have been completely ignored by GM Toni.

Liked: The rooms and hotel were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The atagg helpful. Easy to locate. Cost effective.
Disliked: The breakfast at the restaurant was ridiculously priced for what you received. And the food wasn't even that good.
