Hotel ok, staff experience and...

Liked: Nice pool area, lobby and bar.
Disliked: The key cards and room number were wrong so we had to check-in twice. There was a sleeping couch in the room but nothing was prepared for our kids to sleep on it. Toilet paper had run out when we entered the room, no toilet brush in the room. We asked if an EV charging station could be reserved for our stay, four days in advance, which was denied as not possible. Only to see on the day we left that this was done for several other guests of the hotel. Overall not a good experience. We won't be going there again.

Exceptional

Liked: After a long journey from the Netherlands, we were welcomed wonderfully at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and as a group of four, we truly enjoyed a delicious breakfast together. On our next trip down south, we will definitely return—and we highly recommend this hotel to others as well.

Great, it served the purpose...

Don’t fall into this trap

Liked: - Pool is nice- Go for dinner to the beach clubs ‘Carre Plage’ or ‘Bonaventure’ in the village ‘Palavas Les Flots’
Disliked: - Photo’s online are 10x times nicer then reality- The hotel is just renovated but is still a very old and dirty smelling building (thought we stopped at the wrong building but this was the hotel)- Room: mirrors too low, can’t stand straight under the shower (1,90m tall) and most importantly very poor beds- Breakfast very poor quality (presented as “all you can eat breakfast” by the reception, not the way to create enthusiasm)- Our stay was only for 1 night as travel stopover hotel but won’t go back

Superficially renovated hotel in need...

Liked: The pool is very nice and the restaurant area is very nicely put together. The breakfast is very rich!
Disliked: The corridors and the smell of mould as soon as you get into the room areas, including the rooms. Humidity in the bathroom, the towel is always damp. The gym has probably been equipped by someone who knows very little about gym equipment. Even though very stylish, very unpractical.

Disliked: Noise during the night. Banging doors inside woke me at 03.30 and outside from around 05.00.
