Good location, hospitable atmosphere, good...

Liked: The hotel personnel are very helpful in answering guests' questions and giving tips about stores and services in Monterrey. A free hotel van is available to take guests to nearby stores or places of interest. The daily breakfast is pretty good, and with several entrees to choose from
Disliked: The halls on the room floors need better and brighter lighting. It is time to replace that floor carpeting, too.
