Liked: Mr Shitesh was terrible we order a round of drinks and he refused to refund us or pour another drink the order was incorrect and made me to believe it was correct. The next day he apologised and said I’ll give you 2 free drinks and a bottle of wine. I should have demanded a full refund and wouldn’t have stayed I chose Novotel because of its prestigious premises. This was far from that we were very disappointed and wouldn’t stay at this place again.
Disliked: As above and the cheap chip wood paper glossed over with fresh paint doesn’t give any class or appeal as to be expected by a hotel of this standard. That’s all it was standard, nothing to write home about the bed was also uncomfortable and didn’t have the best nights sleep either. The tv I had to literally get close to even switch it on or off.

Liked: The receptionists were very pleasant and professional.The hotel is in a good location, had a little play area for smaller children.
Disliked: Swimming pool - when playing with my children in the pool, there was lot of loose hair in the pool that just got stuck on your hands. In our room in the toilet the sealing was lowered but not fully covered, you could see mouldy pipe in the ceiling. Bathroom - the ceiling tiles were taped on one place, but still coming apart. The basin's overflow was very dirty! Carpet - stains on the carpet.

Avoid.

Liked: I would not stay here again & do not recommend. The staff aren’t friendly, the room wasn’t clean and we found pet hairs on the bedding.
Disliked: The pool says heated but was freezing cold. The men on the desk are rude and not accommodating.We weren’t made aware you need to have allotted time slots to use the pool which was the main reason for our stay, they let outsiders in to use it which stops people that are staying in the hotel. They refused to give me ketchup for my 5 yr old because we ordered a takeaway (as the restaurant was closed). Which is just nasty in my opinion.

Disliked: Our toilet smelt like a men’s urinal at At a nightclub, it was horrible and if door to toilet left open could smell at night a lot.

Disappointed

Liked: Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable , Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hotel was overrun by kids, maybe because it was Easter Weekend, even though time slots were given for the pool and sauna, these time slots were not monitored, and kids and their parents overstayed their time, resulting in the pool becoming very overcrowded, kids and parents ignored signs for no jumping, running and diving into pool. Parents allowed their kids to run up and down corridors very late at night, and early morning.
