Liked: The room that we were stay very hot. We can’t almost sleep a whole night because it was too hot in the room. The air condition doesn’t work good. The building looks to old and need to renovation. You can work about 10 minute from hotel to metro station.

Old hotel, with broken in...

Liked: Location was decent, beside the Tram to Milan Centrale, and within 8 mins walk to the metro sub station.
Disliked: Hotel is old, pictures on booking.com doesnt reflect the current hotel's appearance and is very misleading. Pool facilities have long been closed and the surrounding area of the entire hotel looked run down.

Disliked: Long queue at the desk for check-in, check-out and info. Slow personnel maybe more people needed.

Liked: our room was not clean. There were hairs and stains on the sheets. There was garbage on the floor. There were always stains on the cabinets and desks, they were not clean. There were hairs on the floor in the bathroom, the sink was stained. We wanted to change our room. We moved to another room. This room was not very clean either. The sheets had not been changed because there were hairs on them.
Disliked: no clean
