Passable

Liked: Novotel is a great brand. Ladies at reception were professional and kind. Near to the airport but you still need a taxi to get there if you have an early flight
Disliked: Novotel did not pay sufficient attention to the noise made by customers in the room 325, 327, 319 and one more. They made noise till 2 in the morning.

Definitely will not be visiting...

Liked: Nothing to like to hear honest. Booked a superior room but it was so small had to space to talk the picture on the website completely deceived us.
Disliked: The toilet had no fan or ventilation. Once the toilet had a stink the whole room would stink lack of ventilation.I was super excited about the pool however the pool was closed.

Disliked: u need to carry ur own luggage no help although its 4 star hotel and rooms small

Liked: Breakfast is always plentiful with lots of selection and fresh items.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit warm, making to have to open the window where there is much road noise.

Disliked: Twice the cleaners would just unlock the door with their key and walk in to ask if we need the room cleaned, was a little worrying.And two anything you need you have to get yourself, we asked for cutlery they said come get it yourself, we had a delivery and same thing. You basically pay for the room and nothing else, no service no nothing

I enjoyed my stay

Liked: Breakfast buffet was nice. Sitting area also great. Free luggage storage if you have a later flight after check out.
Disliked: Location outside the city. Staff sometimes were quite rude and the restaurant menu was quite limited
