Great stay, centally located

Liked: Central location, helpful staff.
Disliked: You need to forcefully download their Novotel app in order to get your digital keys. These digital keys can be accessed via your phones bluetooth. What was a pain at time is using the bluetooth in order activate the elevators, this at time didn't work and I had to constantly keep trying to select my floor. The readers in the elevator need to be replaced or reconfigured for better signal strength.

Liked: The staff was amazing, if you're going to the WTC is perfect. They let us keep the car park before the check in and after the check out. Definitely I'll come back next year or if another event happens before.
