Fun, connected, safe and comfortable
Liked: Comfortable, warm and clean. Modern room
Disliked: Couldn’t figure out all the light switches. Super cool lights but it took I while to figure out which switch would turn off or on a light.

Nice hotel in a good...
Liked: Nice area, comfy bed and pillows. Nice staff, at the reception and breakfast especially
Disliked: Laundry services were bad - i got my t-shirts ripped. Plus got them unironed (even price includes that). When informed reception, they ironed it. So this was nice. Next time I got my clothes ironed, but shorts were still wet.One more con - breakfast options very limited. We stayed for a week so I had same food every morning.

Great value for money and...
Liked: Great value for money, the staff were amazing. Both at the front desk and restaurant!
Disliked: My room had 2 beds though it may have been what I booked. I would have preferred to have a bed and a desk which would have been much better for working on my laptop but it was workable. The shower tended to spread water into the bathroom area which was a little annoying.

The staff is poorly trained...
Liked: I liked that the rooms lived up to the expectations I got from the pictures and that there were a decent amount of restaurants/coffee shops nearby (including Starbucks).
Disliked: First of all, the hotel entrance is so small we drove past it a few times (we could not find it), and the lobby felt crowded with just 5 people in it (that's how small it is and feels). We had already been in Mexico for about a week, and the staff here were the only staff we ever encountered who seemed poorly trained and (constantly) in a bad mood.
