Disliked: The staff was not very friendly and we had two terribly uncomfortable pillows and then saw that other rooms had m uh better pillows

Liked: Swimming pool and arcade area is a nice touch.suprisingly good for kids especially in summer. Rooms are consistently clean and welcoming. Staff are friendly enough and never feel like there is an issue bringing my dog.
Disliked: Breakfast was kind of basic. More variety would be appreciated especially juices. And maple syrop for pancakes. The pillows are not at all comfortable.

Disliked: The entrance and surrounding area was unkept with bad odour. Access lifts were very confusing.
