Liked: Great location and lovely staff.
Disliked: Dirty linen on bed, bathroom sink slow to drain as a result of beard trimmings/hair, slow room service, hand print stain on the chair, bed and pillows were uncomfortably soft. Parking was not free (however very easy to access the car park).

The staff are the ones...

Liked: The staff were ALL exceptionally polite, warm, courteous and professional. All of our needs were met. The location was perfect for our weekend away. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful from the moment the automatic doors opened on our arrival and we were met graciously by the concierge members all the way to the reception teams. The twin room was a relaxing sanctuary . The restaurant was exquisite . We will certainly recommend Novotel South Wharf to everyone and look forward to returning!
