Liked: Clean rooms that were a good size. Very good location for the CBD.
Disliked: The elevators weren’t very reliable. We ended up spending our last night with no hot water in the shower, when we told the staff at check out, they didn’t seem to be very interested in the concern.

Liked: Great room, close to everything and the venue we were attending. Valet parking was really helpful. Great coffee in room.
Disliked: No ice or freezer. TV small relative to room size and distance from bed and couch. Both a minor inconvenience.

Liked: Breakfast was great , location great. Had a meal there and drinks nothing to complain about , food was great staff in that area were lovely.
Disliked: Staff unfriendly,the downstairs desk people particularly unfriendly, couldn’t even manage a good morning, no conversation at all.The main area on level 3,was a bit better but not a lot , staff not friendly.The lifts were unreliable, did a lot of staircase walks, was a daily occurrence.I don’t think my room was a deluxe as stated, have had better. Only had 1 extra blanket provided and no extra pillows.Housekeeping knocked on door at 8.45 today to see if we were leaving , rude, checkout time was 11am. Granddaughter was still sleeping.

Disappointing for a 4-star hotel

Disliked: Hotel was set out weird. You need to catch an elevator up to reception and then a separate elevator up to your rooms. The 2 elevators that travelled up to reception were broken on arrival. I had to carry all of my bags up approx. 6 flights of stairs to get to the lobby. My charger broke, and I've never had a problem calling reception and asking to borrow one before. However, it was a problem here. The bathroom felt dirty and the shower head had an ungodly build-up of soap scum. The aircon was flicking between hot and cold all night, which made me sic,k and we were unable to turn it off. Just a very disappointing stay unfortunately.
