Liked: The location was very good. The room was a good size, comfortable and very ventilation/heating system worked well. The breakfasts were good but quite expensive. I don't know if there was a continental only option.
Disliked: The fact that the swimming pool was being repaired. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because of the availability of a swimming pool. I did not receive any indication that it would not be available

Great Stay

Liked: Great service, friendly staff and comfortable room.
Disliked: The only issue was when we arrived and tried to park for the Valet parking. Unfortunately all the parks at the front had been taken and when we called they must have been busy as no one answered for quite some time. We had to circle the block a few times (on Collins St this is a drama in itself) before someone answered the phone and cleared the space for us to park.

Disliked: The facilities were not opened ! Parking wasn’t good ! Mould in shower

Liked: Food from the restaurant was delicious
Disliked: Booked through booking.com and filtered for accommodation with an indoor pool and breakfast included, there was no mention of the pool being closed on booking.com or I would have stayed elsewhere with the kids. Also our hair dryer didn’t work, I purchased a bottle of wine via room service and didn’t have a bottle opener to open it and the pillows were massive or hard. Oh I also received a welcome message on the tv that called me a man!
