Liked: The location is great
Disliked: There was only one lift working on the property which was the same as the previous stay. The television only showed the local networks which we asked each day to be rectified without any response each day. The staff didn’t seem to care.

Bad

Disliked: This hotel was dirty and the facilities were very poor. We asked for extra pillows and they brought sofa pillows. When we complained they brought bed pillows eventually but one did not have a pillow case on it - gross. There were hairs around the bathroom sink and the carpet was madly. Breakfast was terrible - not even a single vegetable or salad.

Great central place with everything...

Liked: location was perfect as we were able to walk to really nice shops, eateries, events and even go for a morning walk along the Yarra.room was clean and plenty big enough with a couch and a desk - perfectbed was super comfy.
Disliked: the walk from the elevator to our room was - longish - but we were advised prior and it was just fine, no issue at all.booking in was a bit slow and some of us struggled with communication misunderstandings. But one of the staff knew that we were all together and that we had already paid etc so he set the others straight fairly quickly.

Disliked: You have two lifts, a sign said it was experiencing issues and was not in use, so I got into the stairwell emergency steps and felt scared especially when it felt like five flights I panicked and try to leave into another level and the door was locked but I continued on down and thankfully got out Alive at ground floor. Next day I wanted to explore the city so I was about to use the emergency stairs again but I saw a patron use one of the lifts therefore one lift was working and I was under the impression that both were out of order.
