Excellent position for hotel.

Liked: We bought our own breakfast.
Disliked: The bedside reading lights on the bed had been removed and it made it harder to read in bed.

Liked: Very clean and great location. Concierge desk staff very friendly
Disliked: Wasn’t aware worksite until arrived room looking over work site. Staff at reception not welcoming unless you approach them, no smiles or awareness of you as you walk past reception to main lifts to rooms seemed to busy to notice patrons entering

Liked: The staff I dealt with were very helpful and professional every time. The location was ideal for the purposes I was staying there - easy walk to all desired locations. The room was clean and well appointed and had all the things I needed.

Liked: We booked this hotel for the pool being a family getaway. We weren’t notified prior about the pool temperature having issues, weren’t told upon check in, just happened to notice a sign on the desk the next morning. We went to check the pool temperature ourselves to see how cold and it was absolutely not at the 25 degrees it was freezing. There was absolutely no way children could swim in it. We were left with very upset children who were looking forward to swimming. The manager told us “well we’re, the only hotel in the city with a pool” and “we’ve been getting complaints from all the guests, there’s nothing we can do” We are supposably getting a 10% refund, however had we of known prior we could have looked for somewhere else with a pool(which there is lots of) or even bought our own towels to visit a public pool.
