Disliked: The room we booked claimed to be a deluxe king, ended up being two singles pushed together- bed was also terrible quality and you could feel the springs while sleeping. We went out for breakfast the morning of check out and went to go to our room and the door was locked and we couldn’t get in, went downstairs to reception to tell the concierge, she had scanned our card and said it was good to go, we went back up to our room and the door wouldn’t open again. The concierge said that we had “double locked” the door and to meet a manager at our room and she would open it for us, we then try to use the lift to go up to our level and the card wouldn’t work to let us up, we then had to go back to the concierge to fix the card then we were finally able to get into our room. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this hotel due to the service and quality of the hotel.
