Disappointing

Liked: Did not like it at all, although it was located in central.
Disliked: The personel was soooo unfriendly and unprofessional. It was hard to communicate , the morning and night staff was cold and rude. they did not make me feel welcome!!! it was a family stay for 4 days.

Liked: It was very clean and the rooms are really nice
Disliked: The bartender didn’t know how to make any of the drinks we ordered. They where very disgusting, way to much mint and the mojito didn’t have sugar but sprite (not soda water) it was horrible
