The reception was excellent

Liked: I love the reception, how friendly everyone was and one thing that caught my attention was how easy it was for them to change my room after I complained. My room was changed with no complications. At the bar, the reception there was was amazing, friendly and comfortable to be around. Even when we were checking out and waiting for our taxi, the reception proposed we keep our bags in the luggage room while we wait, always with a smile on their face.
Disliked: There's nothing I didn't like

A very pleasant place to...

Liked: The hotel is located in a great spot, close to restaurants, bars, shops and the water bus..The family room we stayed in was spotless, comfortable and large (its air conditioning and mini fridge really helped in the hot weather). Breakfast was busy after 9am, but had a super selection of all things breakfasty! Children were well catered for and ate for free. There was a toy area under the stairs and table football upstairs. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommended the hotel. It was great value for money.
