Liked: THe room was very big, comfortable and clean. Food was good.
Disliked: Dinner was overbooked so we had to order the delivery. The parking was a bit expensive, there was no discount with the hotel.

Disliked: Couldn’t use the air conditioning and it was so hot then we would open the window but it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. We paid for a room with air conditioning and it only blew out hot air because they don’t use cold air until summer?? Was sillyAlso shower glass screen fell off the hinge during our stay.

Liked: It's a very nice hotel and I always stay there when going to Marseille
Disliked: The toilet is a little high for me so it's not very comfortable .

Awesome stay with wonderful staff

Liked: Charlene and Thierry were amazing! Took great care of us, especially of my little one and constantly went above and beyond for us. Really made my little one feel special and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Prado. Great size rooms, great breakfast and lovely atmosphere.
