Good stay however my first impression was reception.

Liked: Clean room and nice hotel.
Disliked: Reception staff not very helpful on checking in. They never asked us for help with bags and stuff nor did they show us the route to the lifts or to the room - left us turning around in the entrance. Talking amongst each other was more important than helping guests out. However when checking out, they were friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay, super...

Liked: Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed, clean and well equipped.
Disliked: No vending machine for bottled water or snacks. Nearest place for snacks was 10 minute walk away

Disliked: Transparent bathroom wall revealing all your ablutions to the bedroom even the toilet! Strange!Breakfast very average. Lack of choice and hot food only lukewarm.

Great location and nice hotel

Liked: Location, nice bar
Disliked: Fridge not working, pillows v v lumpy. Only there two nights so didn't ask for change in of pillows and bar very helpful providing a bucket of ice. Did ask for sofa bed to be made up as a possible decant option on a very hot night and receptionist couldn't contain her surprise that a couple might want the spare bed available! Felt a bit awkward!
