Liked: Overall, a good hotel, with good breakfast. We had lunch there one day, and while the variety wasn't great, it was delicious. The service from almost everyone was good.
Disliked: You have to pay for parking, approximately 25 euros per night, which I don't think you should have, since the location is quite out of the way, far from tourist spots, and public transportation access isn't very good.Although the room looked very clean, when you look at the window, the entire rim was covered in mold

Liked: Excellent service from the staff, very clean rooms, and a great variety of delicious food in the restaurant. I would recommend it, and it's a good value.

Nice hotel for a stop...

Liked: Beds super confortable, very efficient curtain in the room to sleep late. Nice swimming pool and very complete breakfast. We stay in that hotel after the a day at the Warner Bross park and before to take our flight the next day
Disliked: Not easy to find the hotel during the night, poor visibility of signs. We had to drive too times around it.

Liked: This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very well appointed, and the extra bed was very spacious. Excellent room for a family of four. Both breakfast and the buffet were very well stocked and had a wide variety. The hotel was very clean, with excellent service from everyone. Located in a very quiet area, with the metro just a 2-minute walk away and an extraordinary park a 5-minute walk away, where you can walk, have a snack, and relax, without being in the center of Madrid.
