Located 1.2 mi from the center this 4-star Novotel features a seasonable outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. It is located only 1969 feet from the A2/E25 motorway. Guests at Novotel Maastricht benefit from a seating area work desk and satellite TV. Each room also has a mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a 24-hour front desk. The Vrijthof is 1.7 mi from the hotel. Our seasonal outdoor swimming pool is available form May till September pending on weather conditions. The hotel has a special agreement with a taxi (EUR 12.50 from/to Graanmarkt or Central Station). Children under 12 years old stay for free in their parents room and get free breakfast. Guests are required to show the credit card which has been used to make the booking upon arrival. If this is not possible guests should have an authorization form signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling along.

Disliked: Had a bad night. In another room the alarm went off at 5 am and was only put off after 15 minutes. It ruined my sleep. Rest was okay. Could not blame the hotel.

Liked: no special topics
Disliked: for a 4-star hotel, i was not satisfied about the general status of the Hotel; it is a 3-star hotel, the equipment is in general old fashion and the general impression is not familiar with a 4-star hotel. Not comparable with the 4-star van der Falk hotel near by.also: Reception was not occupied at 6.30 o´clock; it was only possible to receive NL-TV-channels; my remark at the reception that it was not possible to receive German channels, I receive only the feedback, yes this is known. The Breakfast was ok.
