Good, but not the best...

Liked: Location was great, staff very pleasant.
Disliked: The family room was to small for a family of 4.

Liked: The room facilities are renewable and in good condition
Disliked: Upon arrival, I observed that the bed sheet was soiled and had a noticeable mark. I reported this to the front desk and requested a replacement; however, the sheet was not changed as requested.

Lovely place to stay

Liked: The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is superb. Location is close to the tram so very easy to get to the city centre and for sightseeing.
Disliked: If I had to say I would say we would have liked to have some water in the minbar and enough tea and milk in the room

Liked: Hotel was at a nice location.
Disliked: When you pay more than 150€ for one day stay and you sweat in the room during midnight, with AC not working and no solution upfront but only this statement that it’s the same in all the rooms in the hotel, you only can regret for your selection

Ok to stay for one...

Liked: Unfortunately our room was poorly cleaned, there hair in the bathroom from the previous guests. The air conditioning did not work, just made a lot of noise. In the room it was very warm and loud, almost impossible to sleep. Breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly.
