Clean and spacious. Lovely hotel.

Disliked: Service charge on every drink purchased.

The reception floor and restaurants have been renovated, just like the rooms on floor 9. But too bad they did not renovate the hallway on that floor too at the same time. Very kind and polite service. I value that a lot. I like the teas, coffees, including nespresso in the room, but biscuits should be replaced for traditional British ones.

Liked: USB port for charging - absolutely brilliant! Speakers in bathroom.
Disliked: I was addressed as MR, but am MRS. They did not correct after seeing me. Main entrance was closed; had to come through the parking area and staircase which smells so terribly old.

Was a nice hotel - very big! Nice and clean; staff were nice. Only let down was having to queue for breakfast. We thought breakfast was too expensive for what it was and not too tasty.

Fantastic location for tube and theatre. Clean and good sized room. Really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent hotel; friendly, helpful staff and lovely bedrooms. We stayed in room 5006 and it was very well equipped. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it.
