Disliked: Restaurant food wasn't the greatest on some of the classic dishes. Staff were great, just a little let down on the quality of the food being served

Liked: The location is perfect,walking distance to most main attractions,Radha at Reception was so helpful and friendly and made time to speak with my children also,she was a pleasure to deal with.The play area was great kids loved it,spotless hotel and very quiet and peaceful for Central London,would definetely stay here again.
Disliked: Heating was hard to control in the room,service at dinner in the restaurant could be improved,the use of tablets doesn't appear to work when taking orders.
