Clean and well appointed.

Liked: We liked the close location to transit, and the cleanliness and size of the room.
Disliked: We arrived late and had already paid on booking but were erroneously charged again and then we had to stand in line the next day to ask for it to be reversed, but then they said it was done and we didn’t need to waste our time to stand in line. Normally hotels give small drink coupons or something with faux pas like that, but this one wasn’t like that.

It was a nice hotel...

Liked: The location was perfect for seeing the sights in London. Central to everything, but across the river, the location proved to be quiet and peaceful. It was a short walk across the bridge to get to everything we wanted to see.

Dissapointing due to not being...

Liked: The location was good and staff member checking us in was friendly and efficient
Disliked: The room was dirty on arrival, there was hair in the shower and on the bed, lots of stains on the carpet.The communication from the hotel was so bad, we wanted to bring one more person- the room accommodated 3 people (we got 2 of these and wanted to update guests from 5 to 6) but couldn’t get a reply- hotel told me to contact booking.com and booking.com couldn’t get a reply (and I booked 2 months prior!). Really disappointing.

Disliked: Expensive compared to standards. Smelled like fish in the reception. Staff did not belive that the kids was 14 years of age. Had to show ID.
