Novotel London Tower Bridge

loved it.stayed for long weekend near to tower of london and to tour bus on bridge and a nice weatherspoons pub round the corner.clean and breakfast good we got a bargain.

Really felt like home away...

Liked: Room was on the 5th floor. Hotel has lifts so this was not an issue. Unfortunately no view, but window offers ample natural light. Room size was generous, had coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Ample storage space for clothing and comfortable bathroom. Large shower with very good water pressure. Water cooler on each floor and at reception to refill water bottles. Hotel is located very close to two stations and in walking distance of numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Did not have breakfast at the hotel as we preferred to eat at different places. Hotel as onsite restaurant which is very convenient and has a very nice menu. They were also happy to store our luggage until check in time.
Disliked: There was not anything that we did not like about this hotel and would definitely stay here again should we travel to London again.

Bad

Disliked: Very disappointed, no Air-con in a 4 star hotel, boiling hot, and staff didn’t agree to refund me so i go somewhere else. For the money i paid, i can stay next door in 2/3 different hotels that i have stayed before with much better facilities and Air-con Ofcourse.I am a hotel manager so this review is from my personal experience and is very genuine.

Liked: All personnel (front desk, restaurant, cleaning) were excellent, helpful and polite.Location of hotel is great, friendly to tourists and really close to the Tube.Hotel restaurant (Keepers) is highly recommended.Bathroom is big and convenient.The supply of filtered water to the hotel residents is a good extra.
Disliked: Room (sleeping area) was not spacious, it may be the case for most rooms in London, however, there must be things to do to at least make conditions less cramped, e.g. hooks on the wall, a second chair etc.
