loved it.stayed for long weekend near to tower of london and to tour bus on bridge and a nice weatherspoons pub round the corner.clean and breakfast good we got a bargain.

Almost perfect place but needs...

Liked: Very nice new property and facilities, great breakfast, good location, good overall vibe.
Disliked: Slightly let down by understaffing (check in, breakfast, and check out). Time is too important on holiday to wait at the desk for so long.

Not a bad hotel but...

Liked: location is good
Disliked: We asked for clening the room and changing the towles during noon but when we came back to the room at night. no one clean!!! The towles is still on the floor. They can only send the towels. no one can clean the trash!

Liked: Everything was super ok. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room, close to Underground station, easy to reach by foot some local attractions. Nothing to complain about. The deal was without breakfast so I can not rate this aspect. For us is a place to come back.

We would prefer this hotel...

Liked: Traveled as family of 3 with our 11 year old. Location as being close to touristic locations and with two near metro stations was perfect for walking and metro. Room was clean, quite and comfortable. Our requests are answered quickly. Water filter station on each floor and one EU plug in room was a nice extra.
Disliked: Breakfast is served in the restaurant under the hotel. Staff is nice but there were no labels on dishes. If you prefer halal food like us, it is just confusing. Quality was good and overall happy with the service we got.

Disliked: Staff attitude while waiting on a table. The chap was quite rude in his manner
