loved it.stayed for long weekend near to tower of london and to tour bus on bridge and a nice weatherspoons pub round the corner.clean and breakfast good we got a bargain.

Horrible staff and hotel. Don't...

Liked: Except for the location, not much
Disliked: - Staff was pretty cold and didn't work with the customers. They dont have phones in the room and have some stupid whatsapp QR scan which nobody responds to. I had to go down 5 times to get what I wanted. - Staff was extremely rude and unapologetic - Rooms were very ordinary and lacked basic stuff like water, bath mat and more.

Liked: It is within walking distance of my business trip destination and very accessible. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Disliked: I think it would be good to improve the communication environment (IT) in line with the current times.This is purely from a business perspective, not a tourism perspective.
