Novotel London Tower Bridge

loved it.stayed for long weekend near to tower of london and to tour bus on bridge and a nice weatherspoons pub round the corner.clean and breakfast good we got a bargain.

One of the worst stays...

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is that they offer a discount on breakfast if you book it a night before, and kids eat for free.
Disliked: I chose this hotel based on the good reviews – but I deeply regret it. It was disappointing on every level.The reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all when I needed assistance. The room was not that big and didn’t even have a phone, which is very strange. If you’re traveling alone, I strongly advise against this hotel – if anything happens to you , you can’t reach anyone easily.There was no room service menu, nothing at all. When I asked the receptionist she insisted there was a QR code, and even when I told her there wasn’t, she refused to help or provide one. Housekeeping service was also very poor.

Liked: Great having a separate gf section for breakfast. While my room wasn't available when I arrived early, the reception staff were very helpful dealing with my luggage.
Disliked: As a sufferer from Coeliac Disease, I didn't have lunch at the restaurant as there were no items marked as GF on the menu - there was a set of symbols at the bottom that implied that there would be, but when there were none marked, I went elsewhere. It turns out there is a full, separate GF menu available when I asked at dinner - it would be worth advertising that at the restaurant entrance.
