loved it.stayed for long weekend near to tower of london and to tour bus on bridge and a nice weatherspoons pub round the corner.clean and breakfast good we got a bargain.

Liked: Location was good. Half an hour walk to Guys Hospital. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: 1) NO AIRCONDITIONING. Room was very hot. I asked the reception and they kindly provided with table fan. However, for that price I would definitely expect aircon, for a nice and cold room. 2) can hear noise from the street. 3) No telephone in the room. I had to call the to tell them that there is no Air con, but there is no landline phone to call. I used my mobile to call and was told to use the QR code and text on what’s app. I did that, but no reply. So I had to call the reception from my mobile again. Why take the landline off and ask the customer to use QR code to text from WhatsApp? Keep it simple. Call 0 from the landline and reception picks up.4) room is okay. Would expect better from Novotel and for that price. 5) staff- some were good. Others were a bit grumpy. Sorry, not visiting again. Will try another hotel.
