loved it.stayed for long weekend near to tower of london and to tour bus on bridge and a nice weatherspoons pub round the corner.clean and breakfast good we got a bargain.

A family weekend away.

Liked: This is the third time my family and I have stayed here. We always find the staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The location of the hotel is excellent.

Liked: Friendliness of the staff. The food, especially breakfast. The location. The cleanliness.
Disliked: Room was very modern and clean but lacked a few essentials such as a mirror suitably located for makeup and a few drawers for clothes. (As there was sufficient wardrobe space but no drawers).

Liked: our room was very clean and I would say recently refurbished. shower was amazing
Disliked: I don’t think this was the properties fault, I think it’s booking.com. I booked a double queen room WITH breakfast. however when we came to book in they stated it wasn’t with breakfast. we had to pay the extra. not impressed at all. When booking with Booking.com we always select the option to include breakfast. very disappointed when arrived and had to pay the additional amount.
