loved it.stayed for long weekend near to tower of london and to tour bus on bridge and a nice weatherspoons pub round the corner.clean and breakfast good we got a bargain.

Great stay, but slightly noisy...

Liked: Breakfast, Bathroom, Cleanliness and Accessability were great;
Disliked: Noise - We could hear a lot of the noises on the hallway and the rooms next door. That did not benefit our sleep.

Great location , good facilities...

Liked: Breakfast was plentiful and good quality . Table clearing was very slow and the staff wouldn’t let me have more cutlery saying I needed to check in my room number at the restaurant reception again half way through my breakfast just to get cutlery which is very odd .
Disliked: Door handles in room 205 were dirty cleaning if room was poor

Liked: Location was great Bed very comfortable Ordered extra pillows these being delivered within 11 minutes Staff member on reception very helpful Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Having to clear my own plates from the smallest breakfast table to enable my children to bring their breakfast, not enough staff. Coffee machine kept breaking Latte at breakfast awful The attempt at being charged £5 for a delivery of a hot chocolate to the room

Liked: Beautiful hotel, staff were professional and friendly. Room was huge and spotless. The hotel does a lot towards sustainability. A totally perfect stay.
