Wouldn’t go back

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The air con in my room was terrible, the water pressure in the shower has very poor. I was very annoyed that I had to pay an additional fee for parking.

Shahid been so helpful made...

Liked: It conveniently located from Stansted airport with a few minutes bus transfer. On arrival we were met with a friendly receptionist called Shahid whom was really helpful with organising an early check-in and directions to the town nearby that had a lovely park to entertain the kids. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast before getting our connecting flight.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Position was excellent and schuttle bus on time.....

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: Very convenient, perfect place to rest and recover after a long haul flight. The late check out 12 noon and an early check in was great.

Disliked: I think I left an item of clothing in my room and I have not been contacted about having it returned to me. You have my contact details so it would have been easy to inform me of the situation but I have heard nothing. I have looked high and low fir it while away and the ONLY place it can be is at the airport hotel.
