Superb

Since I only stayed at...

Liked: Bus transport to the airport, room big and comfortable, clean, staff friendly
Disliked: Showers in bathroom, no drinking water in the room, windows can not be opened, poor offer in restaurant,

Very good

Liked: Staff, comfort and ambience
Disliked: Distance from Stansted necessitating a paid shuttle bus.

Short and sweet

Liked: Clean and convenient for airport
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable

Just ok but be aware...

Liked: Just a basic hotel, it’s ok for when you need a sleep in if you have an early/late flight.
Disliked: We had a pre-paid booking where we notified them of our flight number and advise we would check-in after midnight to which they responded all was ok. When we got there (around 1am) they took a good 15 min to find a room for us and gave us an “upgrade” adding that it was because they were fully booked.Be also aware the shuttle from/to the terminal to/from the hotel is 4£ per adult each way for a 6-10 min ride and shuttles are every 30 minutes. The hotel is located right next the Long Stay park so the free shuttle to there from the terminal would make sense but unfortunately there’s no safe way for pedestrians to walk to the hotel from there, so you’re either stuck to return to terminal and pay the shuttle fee again(mind, you’d be returning to terminal to then catch the long stay park shuttle which is back to where the hotel was so basically wasting a good 30min/1h journey) or park your car at the hotel for 15£.If you’re wondering whether you should add the breakfast: don’t bother, the English breakfast buffet consists of cold items, the sitting area was chaos with children running about in between people with plates, dirty floors and tables and staff completely inattentive with cutlery missing, no sugar by the tea/coffee area.
