Lovely stay, lovely staff and...

Disliked: Room just on the small side for two adults and two children.

Disappointing

Liked: Good location and helpful staff.
Disliked: We arrived from the airport at midday. Staff were welcoming , checked us in and took our luggage. We were advised our room would be ready at 3pm.We returned at 6 pm and we were told the room was not ready and it would take another 30 minutes.When we eventually got into the room it was the wrong one , it was a room that would accommodate a couple only, we had booked a super deluxe.Contacted duty manage. We were moved again to another room. Fully frustrated we got ready to use the pool but no dressing Gowans were provided In this particular room.It completely soured the whole experience for our stay.

A clean and welcoming hotel...

Liked: I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, which made the experience even better.The location is excellent, just a short 10-minute walk from Paddington Station, making it easy to explore London. I also enjoyed the full English breakfast, which was a nice way to start the day.
Disliked: A couple of things could be improved: there was no water dispenser in the reception area, which would have been convenient, especially during the summer. Also, the pool closed at 8pm, which felt a bit early—longer hours would be appreciated.
