Centrally located hotel convenient for...

Liked: Central location conveniently located for public transport. Handy for families including the pool which the kids appreciated a lot.
Disliked: Old and dirty carpets (not unusual for UK hotels but still). Small rooms when used by a family w 2 kids. Small thing but cleaning always took place in the late afternoon which meant having to leave the room after coming back from a long day out and about the city w small kids. Breakfast was mediocre.

Business Hotel close to Paddington...

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good - it is very close (approx 10min walk) from Paddington railway station, in addition to that there are several tube lines that we perfect to and from the main attractions of the city. The hotel is located in a business area, which means that it is calm and quiet around it. There are several restaurants, grocery shop and coffee places. The personnel at the hotel was nice and helpful. We were able to leave our bags both on the arrival day (before check in time) and on departure (after check out time). It is clean and have everything a guest might need.
Disliked: nothing really. The Hotel was perfect for our stay and we didnt need anything else.

Fantastic short family break.

Liked: Friendly staff and great location.
Disliked: The pool was a tad small.

Liked: We were a party of 8 adults and 3 children, all our rooms were beside each other ,clean rooms and no issues with our accommodation. decent sound proofing and good beds, including sofa beds which is a rarity these days
Disliked: Of the four rooms we had only two tv's worked, no signal, we were told a maintenance crew would repair same but nothing happened, we were offered a room change but declined as it was not a major issue for us. Breakfast was too dear for us though the range of food offered was extensive.
