Liked: The ambiance in the reception and restaurant area was quite lovely. I enjoyed their sandwiches. Their pool was also lovely with stairs leading down into the water rather than a ladder, which worked well for me.
Disliked: There wasnt a step free access to the pool area which proved challenging for me as a wheelchair user. The only way I could access the pool area in my wheelchair was via a fire exit door. I wasnt happy with the bedroom. I kept finding little beetles on the carpets and on my bed. Also plates from previous 2 nights, as well as last nights plate from room service that I had left at my door hadnt being cleared when I came out the next morning.

Massive disappointment!!! Never again!!

Liked: Nothing, really disappointed, first time and last for Novotel.
Disliked: The staff was not very pleasant. Hotel looks like a old, outdated and dirty place. Will not pick a sweet dropped on the carpet. Food worst than anything I can think of. Parking cost for guest 12 is ridiculous. Always assume Novotel was synonymous of high standard, which it was a complete misconception from my side. Massive disappointment!!! Never again!!

Hugely disappointing and financially detrimental

Liked: The pool and the pool table also the breakfast staff
Disliked: Turned up to the hotel and the two bins either side of the entrance were spilling over with rubbish on the floor mainly beer cans and alcohol bottles. The extremely small and dirty changing room for the pool. No cot was provided as requested. The carpet in the rooms was so disgusting I couldnt take my socks off I also went to toilet in the middle of the night and it was blocked there was clearly a draining issue. The staff member who checked us in was unfriendly and had little to no knowledge about the hotel intact it was the worse check in Iv ever experienced. The food in the restaurant was expensive and just did not match the hotel as the hotel was definitely not good quality. We were not made aware prior to our booking that the hotel will be closing at 12 the following day and had planned our stay which we then had to change at last minute costing us more and ultimately having a financial impact. My husband and older children had booked an activity near by for 12:45, I had planned to book in for lunch with my daughter at the hotel, maybe even have another swim but we all had to be out of the hotel and I had to get a taxi home so it ruined our entire weekend and cost me more money and the staff/man who checked us in was not bothered or apologetic. I am yet to write a review

Disliked: it has the feeling of a 2 star Spanish holiday hotel with food to match. the evening meal was tasteless but expensive and breakfast was terrible (.Im still chewing the egg)
