We really enjoyed stay.

Liked: Handy for the train station and for our relatives to visit
Disliked: No air conditioning downstairs in the bar area or restaurant.

Comfortable stay in a lovely,...

Liked: The hotel was in an excellent location for visiting Greenwich Park and the Observatory and for commuting into central London (about 25 minutes on the Thameslink train). Walking around was really easy and the town centre of Greenwich was attractive with some interesting shops.The hotel itself has a beautiful reception and restaurant/bar area with botanical-themed decoration. The restaurant was open for evening meals and as well as there being a good selection on the menu, there was a £5 discount offer on drinks for guests who chose not to have housekeeping services.
Disliked: The room was comfortable, but there were some scratches and marks on surfaces in the bathroom - it could do with some freshening up. One other thing guests who like to sleep early need to take note of - if you have a room overlooking the station, you can hear train noise until around midnight.

Good location, clean, secure, easy...

Liked: Perfect location, easy to reach from/to Stansted airport. Easy to reach from/to downtown by using double deck busses (36+177, 188, 453+500mt walking)
Disliked: Breakfast should me more cheaper to have at the hotel.

Could be better

Liked: Location right next to DLR which was convenient, close to everything else, friendly staff, able to do late check out
Disliked: AC was broken, lots of mould in the shower, room wasn't that clean, bathroom sink pop up not working
