Good location for excel but...
Liked: The location was perfect
Disliked: The room was quite small with awkward bathroom doors that blocked the main door an wardrobe doors.

Lovely hotel good location executive...
Liked: Good location. Spacious bar and terrace
Disliked: Stayed in an executive room. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work, separate toilet very small, pillows very hard

Great comfortable clean room
Liked: Perfect location easy to get to. Beautiful clean room - lovely staff. Great restaurant to view river - also a bath !

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and pillows
Disliked: There wasn't any machine to buy drinks had to buy at the bar and they ran out of still water only had a big bottle so had to buy that. Wish the tv had netflix or prime

Easy access to public transportation...
Liked: A bit out of the city, which was great for us. Easy access to public transportation and cable cars to O2 arena.
Disliked: The restaurant staff was kind and the breakfast was good, but messy after the first round of people ate.

Liked: The hotel is good with a stunning view and some excellent limited services. There are multiple elevators and a spacious family room. The breakfast is acceptable. Fast check-in and fast check-out made the stay even more convenient.
Disliked: However, I was disappointed by the fact that I had to request room cleaning at the reception every day, even though there was a “Busy life, I’m out” sign on the door. This should mean that the room will be cleaned automatically without needing to ask at the reception, but I still had to go every time to inform the receptionist. One of the receptionists even claimed that there was a language barrier, which is not true at all, because requesting daily room cleaning does not require any language skills — and as business travelers, we speak several languages fluently. Another point is that some of the reception staff welcome guests with an obviously fake smile (only some of them, not all). Also, the room is missing a water spray for cleaning after using the toilet.
