Very enjoyable

Beautiful hotel such great value...

Liked: Had a fantastic stay such great value for money, hotel was beautiful lovely room great amenities nice walk in shower lovely staff, breakfast was great, lovely relaxing outdoor area with a nice view. Bar food was beautiful. Hotel made my trip so much better will definitely stay again if I’m going to the 02 again.

Avoid! Not helpful staff and...

Disliked: Despite asking reception for the front location to celebrate my sons birthday, we got a nasty room on the 3 Rd floor with a blocked bath,Our room were overlooking the entrance of the hotel and pavement...Unfortunately I had no option to choose and pay more for the river location on booking.com.. Staff was not very helpful at all.Not enough mugs ect. in the room, only 2, 2 tea bags and 3 decafe coffee, 3 x milk, and I had to call reception for more. The housekeeper was unfamiliar with simple English words like mugs,she wanted to give me coffee pods instead. Had to demonstrate what do we need. Breakfast time: Avoid arriving after 10 as I had to ask a few times a staff member to clean the table. Not much food left after 10 a.m., so avoid.Walls and carpets are very dirty, with lots of marks and stains.
