It was okay. Cabs from...

Liked: I really liked the space in the room. The staff was great and very helpful.
Disliked: There was water blockage in the washroom. No bathmat available. Every day, room cleaning wasn't done properly, as hair was still there on the bed the next day. If you book the taxi from the hotel, it will cost you more than Uber itself.

Liked: The view from the room was amazing. The bar area and dining areas were great. Evening meal was impeccable and the bar staff were great.
Disliked: The room was much smaller than our previous visit. The toilet was separate to the bathroom which wasn't great as you had to walk out and then open doors to be able to wash your hands. The bathroom doors opened up onto the bed with no room. It just felt very small in comparison to when we stayed in September. The breakfast in the morning had pretty much run out of everything still with 2 hours to go and I was extremely slow stocking it back up, if it was replaced at all.

fantastic hotel, great facilities

Liked: The hotel is very clean, absolutely loved staying here, the facilities were fantastic. receptionist were very friendly and very welcoming.
Disliked: would not recommend the food, Waitress in restaurant was chewing gum while taking our order, big turnoff. Meet and greet person at breakfast was very grumpy, not one bit freiendly

Good hotel great location

Liked: Lovely hotel, good location and comfortable clean rooms
Disliked: Besides those that worked on reception the staff all seemed miserable and was as if they didn’t want to be there. If you asked for something they would do it but it was never with a smile which was a shame

Awful service lack of care...

Liked: Parking was convenient
Disliked: Some staff were very unhelpful. Bed was so hard and sofa bed also uncomfortable. Very poor management as breakfast was a nightmare arrived to a busy breakfast area and had to clean my own table as not enough staff. This is only the start too many problems to this area huge list.list. No cutlery was available no sources were replenished. Coffee machines were constant not working due to not enough members of staff being available.to re fill. Had to clean my own table otherwise couldn’t have a seat. Had to wait 10 minutes to get a spoon to eat my cereal asked members of staff they would go off and bring something different back. What an awful service. This was a busy time in the run-up to Christmas which the hotel would surely have known it was full and would need extra staff. It was chaos and for money awful.
