Disappointed

Disliked: Emailed about it being a special 60th & 50th birthday for my mum and auntie nothing mentioned even a happy birthday would have been nice and nothing a little bit special in room really poor form. Wanted £150 for some ballon’s when room was £250 alone for one person! Queuing for 20 mins for breakfast letting people staff knew jump the cue and at £25 a head is extortionate. Rooms are soo noisy with traffic

Great stay in the Suite...

Liked: Sayed in the suite which as spacious and had a great view sitting on the 35th floor. Loved the decor, the fact that there was a second toilet for the sitting area was a bonus and the Bose speakers which I connected easily to for great music. The bed was very comfy and shower was spacious and easy to use - not fiddly. Could the hotel please tell me the make of the Bose speakers so that I could buy one for my place - loved it that much
Disliked: Nothing really.
