Good hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Very good location. An ideal base from which to explore the many sights, sounds and tourist attractions of this vibrant, cosmopolitan giant of a city. The breakfast is excellent.
Disliked: One lift wasn’t working. I was on the first floor so I could use the stairs, but I imagine it was a bummer for people higher up. Also, the air conditioning in the room is unusually tricky to work, which made the room a bit too hot to get a comfortable night’s sleep.

Good value for money accommodation...

Liked: Very close to all the attractions. The London Bridge station is close by which helped in transportation. Next to Boroughs Market

Liked: Great breakfast. Kind staff. Near the main attractions.
Disliked: Only one elevator worked. There was another hidden one but not sure if ot was for general use.

Convenient and central area.

Liked: Great location to all the activities and bars . Comfortable room
Disliked: Ac was not working and I was hot.

Great experience, facility only having...

Liked: Great location modern and good facilities
Disliked: Only one lift was working. And I was only staying on the first floor but had to really struggle with getting it to stop on our floor during busy periods which was a nightmare with a baby and a pram.
