Liked: Good location. Decent sized rooms.
Disliked: Housekeeping. I had a coffee in the room and left for work. When I came back in the evening the cup was still at the same placed and not cleared. The room was otherwise done up. No body lotion in the room. More like a 3 start and not 4 star.

Liked: The location is amazing, close to transportation. Bar at the entrance is quite nice. Live music was nice as well.
Disliked: At our room, in the closet there was a blouse from the previous stay. Created question mark on cleanliness.

Lovely, calm, clean, quiet, central...

Liked: Great location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and modern hotel, quite spacious for central London. Great facilities and a lovely little shop for souveniers and snacks in the lobby, was a hit with the kids! Great bar, drinks reasonably priced too!
Disliked: Nothing to add - this is a well maintained hotel with exceptional staff!

Liked: Downstairs spaces were good, including foyer/ lobby, toilets and restaurant.Beds were really comfortable.

Good hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Very good location. An ideal base from which to explore the many sights, sounds and tourist attractions of this vibrant, cosmopolitan giant of a city. The breakfast is excellent.
Disliked: One lift wasn’t working. I was on the first floor so I could use the stairs, but I imagine it was a bummer for people higher up. Also, the air conditioning in the room is unusually tricky to work, which made the room a bit too hot to get a comfortable night’s sleep.
