Very comfy - no frills...

Liked: The most comfy bed and pulliwd
Disliked: No room facilities replenished on day 2 had to ask late at night when back from a very long work they did however more than obliged - Thankfully Room service let themselves in at 9 on day of check out and made a work call very uncomfortable .. not good, and well before check out time whats more she could see i was in a meeting and i asked her to give me 10 mins .. she then tried to have a conversation which was a real problem and i had to apologise and leave my client meeting

Liked: - comfortable room with nice view of The Shard- very comfortable and flexible luggage storage- water fountain in the hall- possibility of renting an umbrella- proximity to Borough Market

Liked: Beds was pretty comfy. Pillows are horrendous. My only complaint really.
