Very good

Liked: Easy check, nice size room and easy to get into London

Fabulous restaurant!

Liked: Rooms were clean and lovely. Restaurant was exceptional!! I would stay here again for the food.
Disliked: The heat was preset in the room and way too hot for us resulting in not being able to sleep. I told the front desk and they assured me it would be fixed. Came back from being out all day, they said it was fixed but it was exactly the same so we sweated through a second night!

The Pool Is Cool!

Liked: Very nice rooms, I didn't try the restaurant, but enjoyed the lovely pool each of the three days. During a heat wave, this was a key attraction. Was great, would go back.
Disliked: Small niggle, didn't replenish the water on the first day of new booking (booked twice, long story). Mentioned to the front desk, but nothing happened. Minor point though in a very nice pleasant stay.

Liked: The place was Lovely, really clean and staff were very friendly. The hotel room was very luxurious and very comfortable. Great time for checkout at 12 and facilities were fabulous! The shower was amazing!
Disliked: We decided against the cooked breakfast as it was £25 per person which we thought was quite expensive

Exceptional

Stuff was very poor.

Disliked: Reception provided incorrect information regarding payment for parking at checkout and I got a parking ticket which I disputed with them, they promised to voided as their mistake and now they refused to do it.
