Overall nice hotel

Liked: We had a specious clean room with good facilities.
Disliked: Part of our group had a room where the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Liked: Good location, neat and clean
Disliked: Room not ready when we arrived at 14.30No hot water for shower in amShower had lots of back mould in tile grooves and mastic jointsPropmised a full refund but finding if difficult to activate

Very disappointing and wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Location good - proximity to Liverpool Lime Street Station.Security features good.
Disliked: Hairs in the bed, clogged pipe located in shower area full of hairs and dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty.I raised these issues with staff and they seemed quite disinterested.
