Liked: Breakfast was lovely, modern hotel, great rooms.
Disliked: 13th floor was too high for me but staff couldn't change our room. Our room keys didn't work when we tried entering the room therefore having to go back to the reception to get the keys activated. On our 2nd day, after being out all day our keys didn't work again. Staff at reception weren't very helpful. Location was a little out of city centre.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Price was extortionate. Unreasonable to quadruple the price due to concert. Certain aspects of the room were not clean
