Excellent

Liked: Absolutely amazing and highly recommend if have children. Our baby LOVED the cot they supply it was super comfy. Daughter loved the sofa bed. The room was a great set up especially for a family of 4. Super spacious. Breakfast was great even had a little table for kids to play at. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Defo our go to place for Liverpool now.

Lovely hotel, lots of loud...

Liked: Brilliant location and friendly helpful staff. Room was really good size.
Disliked: There is a huge amount of building work going on in a building next door that started really early and was very loud. Would have been nice to have been warned.

Disliked: Staff were unfriendly and one lady (blonde hair, 40s) was particularly rude and seemed like by asking about the pool and breakfast we were an inconvenience to her.
