Staff never ask how our...

Liked: Got reception and given room. Got in to Lift card didn’t work when up and down 3 times before walked to floor and room Two night stay came into room around 12-30 after day out in Liverpool, celebrating my girlfriend birthday ,No Lights and room ventilation not working. ,rang reception. Staff came up , could not fix it So night going toilet with phone light and room temperature about 25,had a terrible night sleep as room so hot window opens about 3 inches Was fixed next day electricity switch in bathroom cuboard beware room 400No apologies
