Good value in central Lille

Liked: No complaints at all- I wasn’t necessarily expecting too much but it was a great stay. Room was very spacious, comfortable beds, a couple of free juices and coffees. Location wise it was excellent, a short walk from both the rail stations. Bar area was nice and there was a little play area for the kids too. The staff were all lovely with perfect English. I’m surprised it isn’t rated higher on Booking.com based on our experience, which was very positive.

Liked: The room was spacious, good to have a small fridge, tea and coffee facilities, the bed and shower were both good.The water fountain in the lobby was an excellent facility.
Disliked: The separate toilet needed a wash basin.

Liked: Location...close to the two stations and restaurants. Staff are great and quick to respond. Great buffet breakfast and bar area. Close to the centre of Lille.
Disliked: Pillows a bit lumpy.

Friendly ,comfortable hotel in a...

Liked: We received a warm welcome at reception and check in was quick and efficient. Our room was ready at our arrival with everything we needed.
Disliked: I would have liked English breakfast tea in the room and also milk sachets. More cosmetics for use in the bathroom. Body lotion etc. Some of the black tables in reception were not clean when I went to sit down.
